Pluming Eagle Lodge Facility

Community and engagement

About Us

Founded in 2020 in Alberta, Canada, Pluming Eagle Lodge began as a dedicated non-institutional group home facility with the mission to provide a safe and supportive environment for children and youth in need. As we continued to support these young individuals, we saw their needs grow and evolve. In response, we expanded our programs to offer even greater support for their journey into adulthood.

We are committed to providing necessary tools, guidance, and opportunities to empower children, youth, and families, ensuring they have the resources to lead independent, successful lives. Our growth is driven by a deep commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve, supporting their development, independence and connection to their communities.

Our Impact

Expanded to 6 holistic programs supporting Indigenous children, youth, and families from birth to adulthood

Supported 100+ children and youth in culturally grounded, trauma-informed environments that promote healing and growth

Partnered with Elders and communities to restore identity, belonging, and traditional wisdom

Provided safe, nurturing homes that prioritize emotional healing, education, cultural connection, and independence

Our Philosophy

We believe every child, youth, and family carries inherent strength, dignity, and potential. At Pluming Eagle Lodge, we walk alongside those we serve, with compassion, respect, and cultural integrity. We create safe spaces where voices are heard, stories are honoured, and healing is rooted in tradition. Through this approach, we nurture identity, belonging, and transformation that endures across generations.
